Refund Policy
Last updated September 24, 2026
You can upload, preview, resize and recolor a design for free, and you only pay to download the finished file. Please look closely at the stitch preview before you buy. It’s drawn from the same stitch data as the file.
We’ll refund or fix it when
- you were charged but didn’t receive your file;
- you were charged more than once for the same design;
- the file is damaged, or won’t open in software or on a machine that reads the format you chose, and we can’t fix it; or
- the file is materially different from the preview you approved.
Where we can put it right by sending a corrected file, we’ll do that first. If we can’t, you’ll get a refund.
What we can’t refund
A digital file can’t be returned once it’s been downloaded, so we don’t refund because you changed your mind, or because you’d have preferred different artwork, including an AI-generated picture. You see the picture and the stitch preview before you pay. We also can’t refund problems that come from the machine, fabric, stabilizer or thread you used. Please sew a test on scrap fabric first.
How to ask
Email support@linkyhoop.com within 14 days of your purchase. Tell us what happened and include the email address you used at checkout (or the Stripe receipt). Details that help are on the contact page.
How refunds are paid
Payments go through Stripe, so refunds are issued through Stripe back to the card or payment method you used. It can take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
A design you’ve paid for stays available to download again for 30 days, from the link shown after payment. One that isn’t paid for is kept only about 30 minutes. If a payment went through but the download didn’t work, try your saved link first; if that doesn’t help, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
